We have been in the furniture business for over 15 years. Our customers are constantly after us to sell on the web, but we are all too familiar with shipping and timing issues in the furniture business.

Zipstools is dedicated to providing a quality stool at an affordable price in a timely manner. Most of our stools leave our factory to ship direct to you within 5-7 working days from the date of your order.

Payment
Payment in full is required at the time of your order. We accept Mastercard and Visa.
Returns or Exchanges
This is an important section to understand. Each and every Zipstool is made to order - to YOUR specifications. Because of this, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges nor provide a refund. So choose and measure carefully.
Assembly
You will spend more time removing the packing materials from the stools than you will in assembling Zipstools. Zipstools require minimal assembly. Please pay attention to the swivel mechanism as it has a front that must be aligned to the front of the stool. If you do not line up the fronts, the stool will appear to be listing.
Damage or Defects
Open your stool and inspect carefully. If the stool is damaged, save the box and all packing materials. UPS will only accept a damage claim if you have the original shipping container and all inside packaging. Please email Zipstools within 3 days if there is a problem so we can work with you to resolve it.
Warranty
Our manufacturer warrants the stool and swivel for one year from date of purchase for manufacturing defects. Contact sales@zipstools.com to file a claim. A typical warranty claim can be resolved by shipping replacement parts directly to you at no charge. Normal wear and tear of fabric or wood or paint finishes is not covered under any warranty.
Cancellation
Since the stools are built to order within 5 working days of your order, there are no cancellations. If you refuse to accept the stool shipment, you will be liable for the actual shipping charges ($25/stool) and a 25% re-stocking fee per stool. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Please call 859-291-4161, Mon.-Sat. 10am - 6pm EST to request Return Authorization Information.
Shipping Charges
Zipstools pays $15 of the actual stool shipping charge (you pay a $10 drop ship fee). If the stool needs to be returned, customer is resposible for ALL shipping charges per stool PLUS their shipping charges for sending the stools back to Zipstools.
